2. User of Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal guardian of a minor to use our Services.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information while booking any service.
  • The Services are provided solely for personal and non-commercial use.

3. Nature of Services

  • Life Lab Care acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with third-party diagnostic labs and licensed medical professionals.
  • We do not provide any medical or diagnostic services ourselves.
  • All medical services are the responsibility of the respective providers.

4. Appointments & Payments

  • Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider.
  • Full payment must be made through the application or as specified at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling policies vary by provider and will be shown during booking.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
  • You must not misuse the platform for fraudulent bookings or share inaccurate health data.
  • You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or harmful activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Life Lab Care shall not be liable for:

  • Errors, omissions, or negligence by third-party labs or doctors;
  • Delays or cancellations in appointments;
  • Any loss, injury, or harm caused during the use of third-party services;
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
