Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Life Lab Care, we strive to provide timely and reliable healthcare service bookings. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation Policy

Lab Test / Radiology Test Bookings:

  • Free Cancellation if done at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • 50% Cancellation Fee will be charged if cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment time.
  • No Refund for cancellations made after the scheduled time or for no-shows.

Doctor Home Visit:

  • Free Cancellation if cancelled 24 hours in advance.
  • 50% Cancellation Fee if cancelled within 24 hours but at least 4 hours before the visit.
  • No Refund for cancellations within 4 hours or for no-shows.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments can be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
  • Requests must be made at least 4 hours in advance for lab tests and 12 hours in advance for doctor visits.

3. Refund Policy

Full Refunds will be processed for:

  • Services cancelled within the free cancellation window.
  • Services cancelled by Life Lab Care or the provider due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., unavailability, emergency).

Partial Refunds apply as per the cancellation rules above.

No Refund if:

  • The user fails to be present at the appointment location.
  • The service is delivered but the user is dissatisfied without valid reason (e.g., personal preference, change of mind).

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • For delays beyond this, please contact our support team with booking details.
